Q. What is the maximum number of individuals allowed in a sitting?
A. We recommend no more than 7.
Q. When can I expect to receive my pictures?
A. You can expect to receive your pictures within 2 weeks.
Q. If I wanted to purchase additional prints or products, where can I purchase them?
A. Pictures from your photo shoot will be uploaded to our website in the CLIENT ACCESS section). Additional prints, enlargements and products can be purchased online.
Q. How long will my pictures be available on the Simons' Studios website?
A. Photos will be available for 30 days from the time they are uploaded to our website.
Q. Are the photo shoot walk-in or by appointment only?
A. Walk-ins are welcome. However, appointments will take priority.
Q. I made an appointment, but I'm unable to keep it? Will I be able to reschedule?
A. Yes, you will be able to reschedule. Please let us know as soon as possible so that we can reschedule your appointment. The new appointment time will be determined by availability.
Q. I am running late for my appointment? Will my appointment be canceled?
A. There will be a 5 minute grace period from the appointment time. After 5 minutes, you photo shoot will be treated as a walk-in which is awarded on a first come first serve basis. There is also the option of rescheduling, pending availability.
Q. Can I set an appointment without prepayment?
A. No. All confirmed appointments are prepaid only.
Q. Are there any penalties for cancellations?
A. Any cancellation made in 48 hours or more will receive 100% refund. Any cancellation made in 24 - 48 hours will receive 50% refund. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours, NO REFUND.
Q. What are the acceptable methods of payment?
A. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, PayPal and Checks (checks must clear before receiving products).
Q. How many poses can I have in each package?
A. Each package is comprised of ONE pose. Additional packages and prints can be purchased of other poses.
