Is my design unique?
Absolutely! All our artwork is custom-done on a case-by-case basis. We do use stock photographs from time to time if you are unable to supply images of your own.

How many design revisions can I have?
Revisions are based on the particular project:

Business card, letterhead, envelope Design – 3 initial concepts + 3 rounds of revision until approved.

Logo Design – 6 unique initial concepts, unlimited revisions until approved.

Website Design – 2 initial concepts, unlimited revisions until approved.
Most other projects have 1-2 initial concept and 2-3 rounds of revision. Concept and revision limits can be worked out when discussing the project.

What is your design turn-a-round time?
Most projects take 3-5 business days to get the initial proof. Web design takes about 2-3 weeks total to turn the website live. After the initial proof, revisions generally are much faster.

Can I have the final design files?
Once the design is approved and final payment is received, you own the rights to your design. For logo design, we will email 8 file formats to you. You can burn those files to a disk, keep them on your computer or forward the email to anyone who needs your logo. The files that you receive are good for printers, media agencies, screen printers or programs like Microsoft Word/Publisher. For printed materials such as business cards, brochures, postcards, etc. we can email the files to you or we can send them off to press to get printed..

I need a website! Where do I start?

First, you must reserve a domain name for your website. There will be a yearly fee that you must pay in order keep your domain (www.name.com) active. If you forget to pay, you may lose it! We can reserve your domain name for you and guarantee to keep it active for $35 per year – or if you’d like to reserve it yourself, click the link: See if the domain you want is available!

Second, you must get a hosting account for your website. We offer website hosting starting at $12.95 per month, billed yearly. If you choose us to host your site, we take care of every technical problem, set up your email and make sure your site is always running smoothly. And if you’d rather use a different hosting service, that’s perfectly okay with us! Here are some hosting companies we recommend: IX Webhosting & Blue Host.
